Hey fellow Couch Surfers! My name is Liz and I live in Greepoint, Brooklyn. I've lived abroad in Europe and in Chile and have used Couchsurfing to meet new people by staying with hosts and attending events. I unfortunately cannot host anyone in my apartment right now as we don't have a couch but I hope to go to some meetups and am open to helping travelers get to know the city!

A little background on myself: I work as a server in Manhattan and do freelance social media and editorial work. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY which is the western part of NY State, near Canada. I moved to New York a few months ago and would love to meet more people who are passionate about travel. I'm always looking for people to hang and speak Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a person constantly stimulated by meeting new people that have interesting ideas and stories from all over the world. Couchsurfing to me is such an ingenious idea to unite people with this mentality for collaboration.
