Aloha! My name is Lizzie, I am 26 and just graduated after studying for 2.5 years in Northern Europe. I obtained my master's degree in wind energy engineering where I had to opportunity to live in 3 different countries: Norway, the Netherlands and Denmark. I spent one semester in the Norwegian Arctic, an island called Svalbard! There I learned about sea ice and got to go dog sledding!

Currently, after spending some time at home, I am ready for the next adventure. I decided to move to Hawaii in March, and will be roadtripping around Maui solo March 23-29. I cound't think of a better place to be after the intense months of writing my master's thesis. I am looking forward to experiencing the culture there, and hope I can stay with you!

After my trip to Maui, I will be moving to the Big Island to volunteer on a veggie and fruit farm. Then I will be moving to Sydney, Australia to join my Dutch partner over there as he completes his PhD at the UNSW. My long term goals are to work in Australia and be reunited with Arjen soon! But first, I can't wait to enjoy beautiful Hawaii. :)
