About Me

We are a couple living together since three years ago.

I'm a Lizeth Garza. I am 32 years old. I love cooking. I think there's nothing better than sharing our gastronomy with other people, and if they are from other part of the world, much better!! I would like to know more about food and typical dishes from your town/city/country.

I'm Roberto Morales. I am 33 years old. I studied Actuary Science and have an MBA. I work at timeshares and there's where I started to travel and felt in love with visiting other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As we love travelling, one of the most interesting things to do when you visit any town is to meet people. That's what describes better a place. During so many trips we have received a lot of help from different people. We think that now it's out turn to retribute a little bit of all those good experiences!!

Interests

We want to meet people that share experiences, suggestions, advices or any other thing that help us to visit more places in better ways. We hope to leave you a little bit of our experiences, too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lizeth: I listen music from the north of the country, which is called "Banda" or "Norteñas", however, I really like any music style. My favourite movies are: "La Lucha de Ana" from Dominican Republic, "Relatos Salvajes" from Argentina". My favourite books: "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde; "La Tregua" by Mario Benedetti; "Lenoardo's Kitchen Notebooks" by DaVinci.

Roberto:
Music: Blues, Tango, Rock, Pop... but my favourite is Trova.
Movies: Anything, except superheroes!
Books: I have like 30 books! I will tell you later with a coffee!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everytime that we help people without enough resources for a dignity live, or when we visit children without a family, or when we help to an old woman on the subway, etc. There's nothing more wonderful than help each other.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can show you part of our city and part of the culture of Mexico, such as food or traditions. We can teach you how to cook typical dishes and desserts. And of course we can teach you Spanish and typical slangs!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We know a lot of different ways to arrive to different points of the city, and we know which ones are shorter, cheaper, safer or more comfortable.

We can help at any time guiding you through whatsapp, text message or call. But we will try to go with you to different places.

Countries I’ve Visited
