Hello!

I don't know..I never really know how to fill out these About Me pages. How do you describe your own self in only a couple paragraphs? I guess I could say that I enjoy long walks on the beach but that would be a lie, but in all reality I do enjoy long walks and hikes, and just being outdoors in general. I love exploring and discovering new places, even if it's just in my own backyard. I'm an aspiring chef, and just graduated culinary school so be prepared for some great food if I host because I just love cooking for people. I enjoy reading, knitting, and learning new languages.

Whatever I am doing the day has to start with coffee and/or tea. I found a shirt in a shop in Rome last month that said "Life begins after coffee; Enjoy the little things" which I think describes me perfectly. I am always looking for the next little thing that excites me or plain makes me happy. I love antiquing and have a small vintage camera collection (shout-out to my one 1970's 33mm). I am a fan of old books, and are obsessed over their musty smell (Is that weird?), and often go through my grandma's closet for clothes.

In short I am a simple person who enjoys long walks going nowhere, grandma's old sweaters, and is striving for adventure.

I am very sorry but I have no idea how to describe my music taste? I usually just listen to playlists on 8Tracks that have tags like #indie, so I guess I'm hispter trash but I could be worse I guess. I love finding new music to listen to though so if you want me to listen to something new, don't be scared to leave me a message!

I love love love movies and cinema so much. I prefer independent films just because I think the movie is more thought through but that doesn't mean that I haven't seen some really crappy independent films. But trust me I'm not a movie snob at all...I love watching the Avengers' movies and stupid romantic comedies...basically anything besides comedies mostly because I find most of them really misogynistic and offensive. My favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz if you were wondering..

I will read anything but I always go back to the Harry Potter series.

Climbed the Duomo in Florence, Italy!!! Holy crap it was a lot of stairs and scary at times but so so worth it.

As a traveler I'm really low maintenance, and probably will offer to help around the house at least once. I'm a great listener, and love to hear people's stories! I can share my knowledge about food and cooking in exchange for some of your knowledge!
