I want to first travel the world, hear people's life stories and share my own, and learn a few things about Life a long with way.

ABOUT ME

I'm a shy scorpio, but ask me a few questions and look me in the eye and you won't be able to shut me up. I love asking people questions, especially the tough ones, and swapping life stories. I'm an expert journaler and finger painter. I love celebrating life with some homemade cake and dancing.

PHILOSOPHY

Throughout the day, I ask myself "If I died right now, would I be okay with that? Would I have anything left unsaid? Would I have any regrets?" If I have any loose ends, I try to tie them up by the end of the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My friends and I drove to the ocean one time at 2 in the morning, and the reason we did this was to write our hopes for the year down on strips of paper, put them in a jar, and throw the jar out to sea.

Teach, Learn, Share

It has nothing to do with you. I learned this through AA groups, and it is so applicable to almost every negative emotion I've ever felt. So often we take things so seriously and so personally. But when people hurt us, it's not because they had a vendetta against you, it's because they've been hurt- so they reciprocate what they know. It has nothing to do with you- it's nothing personal. Don't let the world turn your heart to concrete- stay warm and believe in the power of loving everyone around you. I also believe that pain is all accidental. Someone doesn't meet you and go home to plot how they're going to hurt you- life just happens, and sometimes it sucks, but its just happenstance and you have to learn from what you're given.
