I love to travel and learn about new cultures. I work in community development and social change so I'm a constant optimist.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a book and without travel you've only read one page.

Interests

I have a million hobbies and constantly looking for more so you don't have to work too hard to convince me to try yours. I love weaving and home improvement stuff which works well for me since I just bought a hundred year old home - constant projects!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had so many. One of my favorite moments was late at night in Alaska - I lived on an island with less than 100 people and very few lights so you could see the milky way and aurora borealis and if you went out on the water at night there were bioluminescence so there was light everywhere in the dark.

Or hiking through the jungle in Burma with a group of guerrilla fighters...
