About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Transformation—daily! Well, that's the plan: sometimes things turn out differently and that's OK.
ABOUT ME
I have learned a few things in six decades and now realise that I could have been easier on myself. So I've been learning to play. I used to work as a journalist and I took life vey seriously. The world didn't come to an end when I decided to take things less seriously. In fact, life improved a whole lot. Now I play with words as a copywriter and and I also play with clay making arty pottery. I support some awesome people in mental health. Disconnecting from mainstream madness is possibly the best thing I've ever done...and living in the mountains is even better!
PHILOSOPHY
Do what you want. Try to be kind.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy music of many kinds, classical, jazz, rock, blues and a whole lot of categories I don't know the name of. Also, silence is good. I don't feel that every space has to be filled.
Books -George Orwell, V.S. Naipaul, John Steinbeck, Ian McEwan, Ian Rankin, Jane Austen, Anais Nin, Peter Carey, Barbara Anderson, Haruki Murikami and many more...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ok this is corny, but the birth of my two daughters. At two minutes' old, Number One opened her eyes wide and said, "hey ma, what's happening?" OMG! Number Two was sweetly confident that the world would love her. It does.
Backpacked around India this year with "Daughter One" and we had the best time travelling on trains and buses. Will definitely return to the "roaring whirl" that is India...
Teach, Learn, Share
There's so much to learn. I have some things to share.
