ABOUT ME

We are two young explorers scowering the globe for inspiration. Recently retired life long students, We work our summers at our island sheep farm in Lake Ontario and now that school is finally out we are at a loss of what to do with our winters. Global travel on a shoe string is the current plan.
Matt is a civil engineer by training and a brewmaster by night but its his sheep wrangling abbilities that pay his bills, a bit of a DIY nut.
Liz is a biologist as well as a seconday school teacher by training, she teaches anatomy to budding young nurses by night, loves

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, we are surfing mostly. When we get home we hope to host some fellow surfers on the island.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Little to none. We have cruised friends' couches when needed, but have not done it on this scale before.

Interests

Cooking, home renos,farming, renewable energy, hiking..you know, the essentials. We like to keep it simple. We also like to read, travel, and learn as much as we can about people and places on this earth. Looking to expand on the human experience.
