ABOUT ME

Hey world!
I am outgoing and friendly. Always happy to meet and connect with new people. I believe in treating people in a way you would want to be treated. So with love, kindness, a friendly smile and an open mind.

I grew up in Ottawa, Canada where the summers are hot and perfect for beach volleyball, swimming, cycling and outdoor music festivals. The winters are cold, but perfect for skiing, skating, hot chocolate and warm fires.

I am a foodie. Love trying new foods, cooking, growing food, anything and everything with food! I love being active and playing sports. I am always learning, especially about health and wellness, natural living, spirituality and the Universe. I enjoy reading, music, love dancing and live music. I live simply, love life and everything it offers.

PHILOSOPHY

Life should be amazing. Make friends. Travel. Have fun, play, love a lot, laugh even more. Watch sunsets, eat well, follow your dreams. Don't let fear stop you!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I have only surfed and had great experiences. Shared many laughs, glasses of wine, bbqs, cups of tea and conversations. When I am settled after backpacking I will definitely offer my couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think it is safe to call myself a veteran couchsurfer. So far, really positive experiences in NZ, Australia and Indonesia. I am looking forward to many more new friends along the way. <3

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Skydiving in Canada with my sister.
Quitting my job and moving across the world to New Zealand for a year.
Skydiving in Taupo, NZ in February 2013, just as exhilarating the second time!
10 day meditation course, completed in total silence meditating for 11 hours a day.
Swimming with a turtle in the Great Barrier Reef.
Snorkeling with manta rays off a small island of
Indonesia. Amazing!
Learning to ride a scooter in Bali! Chaotic! Fell off more than a few times, but I still got back on ;)
Meeting the most incredible people and sharing the love of travel and life.
