COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First couch surfing experience was in New Delhi.

Interests

Expressive arts and world culture. After studying filmmaking at University I became fascinated with world music. For the last four years I've been studying Indian classical music, mostly dhrupad vocal and the sarangi. And most recently I've begun training as an expressive arts therapist (finally found a way to bring all my interests together for the benefit of others!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the paintings of Frida Kahlo--the power of expression to heal, Al Gore's film "An Incovenient Truth", which for me marked the beginning of a new way of living and the magic of seeing the world through the eyes of a child growing up in a country other than your own.
