ABOUT ME

I gradutaed about a year ago from University in Dublin, Ireland. Have since lived in Eco-communities in Europe and India. After returning from Southeast Asia in March I have started my own bread business on my family farm in lovely Cape May, it's a little peace of heaven among unstability. I bake using somewhat primitive techniques, wood-fired outdoor clay oven baking. Cape May is a resort town and seasonally busy so I will be driving around America and Canada over the next several months and am hoping to climb back into my own skin and become the best version of myself I've lost. I'll be wwoofing but am hoping to do some couchsurfing and meet anyone kind enough to open their home to me or show me around their city or town. cheers.
