About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy the people amd cultures of the world through fun conversation, friendly debate and best of all food, wine and faith.

ABOUT ME

Life is an adventure and if your eyes and ears are open you will see the wonders of creation and the presence of God everywhere. Sometimes I walk around with my eyes and heart shut, what a shame. I am trying to be open to the little miracles of new friendships, new tastes, sounds, thoughts, and ideas... ah the wonder of it all! I have three children who have taught me lots about wonder, a husband who has taught me about kindness and forgiveness and a God who continually offers me grace and acceptance. I absolutely love jam bands and music festivals and I can really shake my bootie not to mention spin a hoola hoop to the beat of the band.

PHILOSOPHY

Listen and learn, earn the right to be heard. Work together for shared goals and purpose and together we can make a change. Be courageous and go with your heart's truth Love God and Love your neighbor as yourself. The hard part is loving myself. I'm Still trying to figure out what that means.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite places on earth are churches, libraries, book stores and movie theatres. I can't pick just a few...but I just saw 500 summers and it was a great little film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have met people imprisoned for their faith and willing to die for what they believe. Talk about humbling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to Hoola hoop dance, make cuban pork roast and I can help you learn to pray, forgive and accept yourself.
