Hello! I am a 22 year old guy travelling around the world for 9 months with my fiancee, Sam. She and I are both super easy going, and are working our way around South East Asia, South Africa and South America for 9 months after finishing our studies.. We love to meet new people, try new foods and get to know new places!

Currently we're just looking to meet new people, and explore new places.. when we return to the UK will begin to reciprocate!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, we're newbies to CS, though we've met many people whilst travelling who we plan to keep in touch with, which is similar(ish)

Interests

I love food (eating & cooking), photography, learning (Spanish and coding are my current projects!), discovering new places and people, listening to and playing music (I used to play synths in a band, also play piano and am getting started, slowly, with the guitar)...

Music, Movies, and Books

Wow, too many to list reall but I'll give a taste!

Movies/TV: The Wire (so good), 24, White Collar..recently enjoyed movies include Django Unchained, Silver Linings Playbook..

Music: Really enjoying Ben Howard, Muse, Brand New, Grouplove and Mumford & Sons at the moment..

Books: Many have been travelling related recently, including First They Killed My Father, The Girl In The Picture, and The Garden Of The Evening Mists, as well as some fantasy, such as Game Of Thrones and Terry Pratchett...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Austrian alps in summer were beautiful, our first experience of scuba diving in the Gili Islands was also incredible.. Thai new year in Chiang Mai...seeing the ballet in the Mariinsky in St Petersburg. the list goes on!

Teach, Learn, Share

Always happy to help with English (and Welsh, if anyone is interested).. also looking to learn Spanish, so any help with that is appreciated! In a similar vein, I'd always give someone a hand with the piano, and would take any advice on learning the guitar!
