Bonjour (don't be fooled, I don't speak french)

I've seen a lot, though not nearly enough - I want to see the better side of the local life which is probably why I am contacting you! Feel free, to those come across my profile, to send me a message and I'm more than happy to help out with a place for you to stay and showing you about the great City of Glasgow.

I'm an explorer. I love adventures. Climbing, Snowboarding, Skiing, Sailing, Hiking, Camping. Fishing. Self made BBQs. Campfires.

I'm very excitable, about any&everything. I love to sing, I love to dance, I love the piano. I especially the glue which keeps these altogether; vino.

I love a teacher, someone who can tell you the insightful things about life! About culture, history and of course themselves. One of my best experiences camping was catching fish out at sea, finding a remote island, gathering a campfire and constructing a BBQ. The night wasn't long enough for our conversation.
If I could somehow reconstruct that. I'd be flabbergasted.

As it stands I'm in my 4th year at the University of Glasgow studying Medicine.

All I wanna do is make new chums in my lonesome adventures so, help a pal out and I'll try be on best form.

I'd like to tell you more; though that would ruin the illusion that I was a fun character.

I don't see Couchsurfing as a place to just sleep, it's much more than that. It's the experience of getting to know someone new, and learning from one another. I want you to get the most out of your surf, so help me help you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have recently been hosted in France in an emergency situation. There were three of us and the night before we went to France we had no where to go due to unforeseen circumstances.
We sent out several requests although to no avail, so we half heartedly put out a request on the Ile-de-France page in hope that someone would respond.
Thinking that we would be sleeping in the train station that night, we accepted our fate... then we got the request through that someone would take us.

We got the email through and basically a man called Chris-who would usually only host one a night- would host us.

Basically faith was restored in humanity that this kind chief let us stay at his humble abode, an unreal experience overall.
