My travels started when I moved to China. That was my first time out of Europe. I went there for work but I quickly realized that traveling is all I want to do in life. Silly me, thought I would learn more about the world by travelling but ended up just learning more about myself. Kinda liked that, so my curiosity pushed me to travel more.
Learned that I should work less, relax more, smile more, try new things, and go with the flow rather than trying to control everything.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I work remotely which gave me the opportunity to be on the road most of the time. Sometimes I am very thankful for that opportunity and sometimes it feels like a burden. But even with this job, most of my travel would not be possible without this app and wonderful people who let me stay in their houses. That is why I am a big fan of this app and try to contribute to this community as much as I can.
I like to travel as a local, see how people live in that place instead of being a tourist. I was growing up with a strong feeling of not belonging so I am travelling in hope to find that piece of this world where I would be in peace 🙏🏻

I can teach you about Serbian culture, history, dance, and food. I can also share my travel stories and listen to yours. I worked as a psychotherapist so I like having deep conversations.
As a host, I like having guests! This is my way of giving back to the community. In Serbian, there is a saying ‘we are here to help each other’ and I really mean it. I am here for travelers from all over the world with any help they need and offer them a bed. You can contact me even tho you are low on money and need a place to stay! :) Also, you can’t understand Balkans and what on earth is going on here if you don’t have a local to explain it to you 😅
