COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned to cook authentic food from my host in Barcelona, had mountain herb tea with my host from Athens, and stayed with a host who loved cats in Istanbul... at the top of a very tall spiral staircase. Extremely generous and hospitable people full of great conversation.

Interests

As an architecture student I like to discover, make, sketch, photograph, and learn about cultures and their inspiration for design.
My time is spent outside in the woods, in the sun, on mountains, or on water as often as I can and I love to try/share bold and flavorful food with people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As I stood inside Saint Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, looking up at the grand ceilings;
Laying in the grass under a clear summer night sky, staring at the bright stars;
Watching my Greek couch-surfing host make tea from mountain herbs and experiencing his great generosity to us, strangers, during our stay.
