I enjoy people and exploring. I'm originally from the "other" Washington, Washington State and I currently live and stay scrappy in Seattle. I lived abroad for a couple years in Mexico and South America (trying to escape the winter darkness of course ;) ), but have landed back in my home state for awhile. I always appreciate how different environments can help you learn about different parts of yourself. I also food, love talking about it, making it, growing it, love it.

I have been a couch surfing host in the past, mostly when I was in grad school and unofficially my whole life. I haven't used this site in several years, but looking forward to trying it again :)

Interessen

I work with flower and vegetable farmers for a living and have just started keeping an urban garden. I love projects and gardening is pretty satisfying in that way.

I typically have a lot of small craft projects going on at one time - drawing, crochet, jewelry making, clothing repair, etc. ... sometimes I even finish one!

I also enjoy trail running, good coffee, swimming, riding my bike around the city, and cooking with new and old friends.

Out of sheer luck, I was able to swim with a whale shark once. It was overwhelming and incredible!
