Overview
About Me
I have lived in the same apartment for the past 44+ years, since my first weekend in town, after hitch-hiking here from Mich. I worked at a university library here in the city for 17 years [retired from], first in Access Services, then in Cataloging [not a big reader].
While I am older in years, I am younger in maturity. Humorous, adaptive, flexible, adventurous, bad at spelling and names. Don't know how to change my orientation symbol, but I'm gay.
I live in the center of everywhere you want to go in San Francisco and Bay Area.
I can show you around, let you do your own thing [give what to do info] or both.
I am offering a fold-out couch in a private room. Bedding and towels provided.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met some rally nice surfers [20 or so] while I was in Mexico City in [2014]. I met with friends from home that were CS and ran into this bunch in Xochimilco, they had gathered for a get-together. Spent a day on a boat [Trajineras] with them, what fun. I want more of that fun. Enjoy other cultures.
