Buying a car and travelling across Canada/Alaska for 3 months. Hiking, eating, seeing live music and meeting everyone along the way.
Below was my first experience travelling outside of my home country. It was amazing and something that I never thought that I could do. Now my dream trip of Canada is becoming a reality I can hardly contain my excitement =) I will be buying a car and driving across Canada and Alaska.
well this trip all started when drunk lauren said to julz that seeing dropkick murphys play a st patricks day show was on my bucket list. the next day julz says that we are going. when the tickets went on sale some how we managed to get 2 and from there we organized viasa's, fights, travel insurance, where and when we are going to be places and now accomidation. it was a completely spur of the moment thing and has pushed us to start doing all the things that we have been saying that we wanna do but never get around to it
trip was amazing! people were amazing! the dropkick murphys were amazing! the food was amazing!
now back to reality. studying full time and working so am pretty time poor. because of this im not able to host at the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If anyone would like to know of punk or ska gigs that are on in melbourne i'm happy to help out. Here in Melbourne we are spoilt for local talent.
I have shown people around the city. He it was rather amusing as I'm not great with directions. But hey getting lost if when you have the most fun.
Ive meet great people and only have good things to say about it.
To have someone welcome you into their home, their friends, their culture; the experience is so much more than you could ever get from any tour group or hanging around a hostel.
Art, painting, live music, gigs, pubs, beach, anything to do with water, anything outside, roller derby, animals, sandwiches, food, nintendo, rooboots (risers) unicycle but im still yet to master it..
- pub crawls
- live music
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies- secret of nihm, the watership down, lion king, american beauty, donnie darko, evil dead 2 huge variety.
Music- love my punk and ska. However I do appreciate most music along as its not something thats been made on computers.
Books - I dont read much. Does that Wheres Wally books count? Its not that I don't like reading more that I have been fooled into wasting my time on pretty crappy books. I'm up for suggestions tho.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i went to wine glass bay in tasmania australia that was amazing and i nearly pee'd on a wombat- funny story. beaches just outside of perth are beautiful. and melbourne is a great place to meet random people and mates especially in our local live music sceen
Teach, Learn, Share
im hoping to give as much as i receive from the hosts. i would love to meet the locals and see the sites and citys from there point of view. im keen to put on an aussie bbq and teach people about AFL (aussie rules football)
