Um.... I think I have a fairly optimistic view of life and like to see the good side of everything and everyone (this can be challenging sometimes!). I like talking; a lot! I'm nice and friendly and mostly perfectly normal! I'm looking forward to meeting new people and exploring different places with different people.

Life's too short to be miserable.
Don't expect life to bring you things you're not prepared to make happen yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I accompanied a travelling friend to Brazil and couch-surfed there earlier this year....and now I've signed up!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a huge mixture of books but tend to float back to Jane Austen or Harry Potter for a relaxing read.
Like most music too - can cope without heavy metal and garage/house though.
I don't like scary movies! - thrillers or anything gory is not for me - bit of a wimp!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I trekked the Inca Trail - that was pretty amazing!
