To settle myself in London as a base to see the rest of Europe

ABOUT ME

I grew up in rural Australia (but not the outback), and moved to Melbourne for University when i was 18, and i stayed there almost 5 years.

I have now finished studying (for the moment) and i am taking a break before i enter the adult world. I have a Working holiday Visa for the UK, and i plan do live and work there whilst i travel around Europe. Then once I am sick of this, i will head back home and maybe do something productive with my life- or maybe not!

I have been travelling in Europe with my friend (Nyssa- in my picture)for two months and now i am looking to settle in London for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

I am out to see the world, or at least as much of it as my bank account will allow!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I dont currently have a place of my own, so i cannot host anyone, as I am travelling I would love to be able to stay with other couch surfers and hopefully we will be able to return their kindness when I am settled somewhere.
And if i meet anyone on my journey who reckons they would want to travel with me, then that would be an added bonus!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far i have stayed with a fantastic couple in Poland, but i have not hosted anyone.

Interests

I love hanging out with all different people and learning about everything they can teach me. I love hearing peoples stories, learning about other cultures.

I am passionate about the preserving the natural environment and eco-tourism. I love my homeland, and though i am away for awhile, I will always call Australias golden shores my home.

I love all music movies and books, i have a very open minded approach to all forms of the dramatic arts and music, i love hearing and trying new things

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach anyone who wants to know about Australia, as it is a wonderful country. I could talk your ears off about all the wonderful places to go and all the brilliant beaches!!
I would love to in return learn about other cultures and share experiences (and just to let you know- Sharks in Australia really aren't as dangerous as you think)
