ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm a student living in Bozeman, MT. The nature out here is pretty neat. I think it's incredible that I grew up in such a beautiful place (PNW). I'm into science, and I am a student in the Microbiology Department at Montana State University in Bozeman. I speak English and some French.

I like to meet new people from time to time. When I am home I have a pretty comfortable couch in my apartment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few people at my home in Sandpoint and now I have surfed through a dozen cities in France. It's been fantastic. Everyone that I have met so far has been good to me and I hope that someday I'll be able to return the favor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2011 I went car camping up into the Yukon/Alaskan wilderness with my family. I have never experienced anything as vast or grand as the forests/plains of the Yukon. Up there you can drive for days and not see another soul. The Mosquitos are as big as birds and the wildlife is, for the most part, untouched by man or civilization.

Teach, Learn, Share

Couch surfing isn't about cheap travel. You can't treat your hosts like hotel managers and expect a quiet place to sleep with a free meal to boot. For me, couchsurfing has been a way to immerse myself in completely different cultures and meet interesting people while traveling. You have to talk to your hosts and make a genuine effort to connect.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States
