ABOUT ME

I'm full of passion and love always follow my heart,I love the world and traveling through its most remote places in every possible way, on foot, by bicycle, canoe, hitch-hiking ...I love people and meet new interesting friends.My others biggest passion are climbing beautiful mountains,descending rivers in a kayak,read good books,do snowbord,always listen to new music,make photographic reportage and video, I love art and to dance all night,and gives me a lot of adrenaline to the DJ and mix music in front of a crazy people.As a good Italian, I like good wine especially that of Langhe, Roero and I like good food...I cook...In Italy there is a saying that says: "Who does not know how to eat do not know make in love"....BUENA ONDA!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

alot....the desert of Sahara and Thar in India; The Himalaya and Alps mountain, the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean; the caribean and Thailand sea; the Indonesian jungle; the incredibol India; the rhinoceros in south Nepal; the gorge du Verdon in French....Climbing 6000 m alone in the Himalayas,cross fjords, lakes and rivers in a canoe in Sweden, hitchhiking through the Himalayas, India on a motorbike riding an old Enfield, in self-sufficiency through 600 km of the Thar desert on a camel,through Croatia Cycling, climb a wall of 300m in France (Verdon), walk through the Alps, down to Back Waters alone on tribal canoe in Kerala,Climbing Vulcano in Java, travel this wonderful world, Hitch with my partner from Hong Kong, South China, Vietnam, Cambodia, North Thailand, Laos, Yunnan to China and return to Hong Kong for over 6000 km, 8000 km by train in India in 2 months, hitchhiking through Myanmar from the north to the extreme south for about 3000 km, kayaking on the wonderful Alps river, drive and ride my beloved HD, tasting 200 great wines in just one day, mix music in front of 500 people....

Several years ago I started the first research in the world on food intolerance related to wine.....

and many others ... life is incredible!
