I love music, live or at home. I love to sing too, although I dont do it enough. Still learning to dare in letting my voice be heard around others which seems to be a life process with many layers. I really admire people that have the courage and drive to practise an instrument or any skill actually!

I am very much interested in the self healing capacity of our body. And in ways of supporting the body, mind, spirit in this process by medicinal foods and herbs, as well as plant medicines. Or movement therapies and other ways to influence our energy structure positively. Im fascinated by the womb and how this organ can host the transformation to tiny human being! As well as being a place that stores trauma. Is that not crazy!?

Im a nature lover. Being in nature, walking, or working with plants in the garden. I recently got a garden in the city which fulfils my longtime wish of having a garden and stills my dream of leaving the city for a different kind of community life, living with the seasons of nature. Im starting to grow herbs and flowers and this makes me happy!

I love cooking and eating ;) I always like to learn more on good, tasty, healthy food. And that is quite a broad subject! Ive been a veggie eater most of my life, and with some mixed feelings am exploring a bit eating meat now too. Interested in TCM and Ayurveda. And curious about any healing traditions from anywhere! If you are a master in making medicinal chicken soup, come and teach me.

I love to dance! In the living room or somewhere with big speakers ;)
Used to go to some illegal parties. Now im more of an early bed bird because I know I do better with an 'early peak' party (meaning, ending at 23!) Havent been going anywhere much at all because of my baby but feels like time to take up dancing more. Will you join me?

I love my baby Rembrandt very much. He's 2,5 now.
He is a happy, social, adventurous boy.
Motherhood feels like an interesting, intense and also quite lonely journey to me. It amazes me so much that we learn so many things in life. Needing diplomas, certificates or licences for what not, but a parent you become and get thrown in just like that! I believe he is guiding me to be the best version of myself. Not easy though!
Learning to order myself in aspects like setting boundaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen my sisters children been born. I didnt do so much here ;) But woooow, truly amazing!

I have given birth to my son. Cant really say the experience of that felt amazing. Still an amazing thing I've done. Letting nature run it's course like that.
