Im a 35 year old father of 2, I'm really chill, hate small talk but love deep intellectual conversations. I have a wide range of subjects that I like to talk about can get along with just about anyone. Moved to Colorado with my family in 2007 after getting out of the Air Force. I love the outdoors but don't get out enough. Love meeting new people in their own setting because you get to see someone real. Always excited to come to Switzerland even though it's for work I still manage to have a great time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I come to Switzerland a few times a year on business and like to meet the locals. I've met so many nice people here and can't say enough about the land and its inhabitants. I love meeting individuals and like to hang out with the locals which is way more interesting than staying in a hotel. Want to make friends while I visit since I do come a couple times a year.

Music, Movies, and Books

I got range for music, I grew up on Phil Collins, Sublime, 90's garage bands, and hip hop, back when hip hop was good. These days it's more electronic mostly a range of house, chill/dub step. Odseza is unbelievable, check them out. I like to read but Star Wars or stuff about stars is enough for me at the moment. If I want to get motivated about a certain subject I'll pick up a book. I consider myself a movie buff.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendly conversation. I enjoy talking about many subjects but if you want to talk about the universe, consciousness, history or the future I will go until you stop me. I'm a futurist so I think a lot about human progress and what that might look like. I want to live forever for the main purpose of seeing how humans evolve, whether we learn from our mistakes and make the world, and beyond, a better place or keep our flawed ways and burn it down. Hopefully the former.
