ABOUT ME

I played soccer for my college and we made it to the national semi finals my senior year. I studied abroad in Paris spring '08 and it changed my life. I love traveling and was fortunate enough to be able to travel...cheaply... exploring the world and learning about everything, including myself. Family to me isn't so much about blood but about who you love, and by that interpretation my family is very important to me. I'm interested in fashion in the superficial sense, but also as it fits into social contexts and different cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a weekend with a fabulous host in Geneva last spring. He was so friendly and opened his flat to me and my two friends while he was already hosting two other guys (plus his roommate) on three mattresses and a couch (he slept on the floor). It was awesome to meet so many different and uniquely amazing people in just a few days.
