My friends would say that I am a good listener; that I'm caring, interested, and (hopefully) a good friend!

Interests

First and foremostly I love to read and my life revolves around that hobby! I have a degree in English Studies and I'm now studying for a PhD. I love music and seeing live artists whenever possible. I also love walking and generally being outdoors, particularly in rainy weather! I love to meet new people while travelling and I enjoy travelling alone when I can truly relax and get acquainted with myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was pretty special when I first got to hold my niece - now I have six nieces and nephews. Seeing a black bear in Algonquin Park was also amazing, and the send-off that I had in my local pub back in England before I came to Canada was pretty special!
