I’m an Australian travelling through Europe for a couple of months. I want to push myself out of my comfort zone, experience more of the world for myself and hopefully grow as a person while I’m at it! I enjoy meeting new people and having fun with them, however I equally enjoy my independence and am happy to work out a happy balance that suits us all.

Couchsurfing seems like a great way to meet the locals while visiting areas or doing activities I probably wouldn’t have thought to do otherwise. I would be keen for a chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine :)

Intereses

Back home, my hobbies include going on day trips, reading, going to classes at the gym (my favourite is yoga at the moment 🧘🏻‍♀️), watching movies and most importantly hanging out with my friends. The best days are always the ones where things are planned somewhat spontaneously as you go along!

Música, películas y libros

My favourite kind of music to listen to is upbeat, usually pop, indie, alternative or something a little bit old school. If you can dance to it I’ll probably love it! I love watching movies, my favourite kinds would probably be thriller, drama, comedy or the occasional musical (like Mamma Mia - I love ABBA!). My favourite kinds of books are mysteries or anything with a twist - would love to hear your recommendations!

The most amazing thing I’ve done is embarking on this trip! I’ve always dreamed of travelling Europe but never thought I’d do it alone since it sounded scary.

I would love to learn lots about others and their perspectives on the world around us as I travel. I really enjoy a good chat about anything in life, the more ridiculous the better! I can also share my perspective as an Australian and what it’s like to grow up there, if you like.
