They're the best cultural "mix" a country has to offer.

I've travelled through Europe (Italy, Finland, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgique, Prague, Hamburg, Vienna, Scotland, England), in the south of Brazil (Parana, Sao Paulo) and in the US (Florida).
