Hi there! I’m Lona, a passionate runner who loves to explore new cities on foot. Don't be surprised if you find me running through the streets to soak up the local vibes.

When I'm not out and about, you'll probably find me in the kitchen. I love baking, so if you don’t mind, I might whip up a cake or two for us to enjoy. I’m also a bit of a health and lifestyle enthusiast, leaning towards a vegan diet with the occasional exception for chicken. My mornings often start with a delicious omelette and a side of avocado—let's call it guacamole!

Music is a big part of my life, and I’d love to share my favorite tunes with you. I'm also always up for a bit of fun, so if there's a party happening in your city, count me in!

For me, Couchsurfing is a way to immerse myself in the culture, make new friends, and create memorable experiences. I enjoy sharing my own stories, baking treats, and learning about the lifestyle and traditions of the places I visit. Plus, it's always great to have someone to explore the city with or enjoy a fun night out.

I joined a running club that meets every Saturday morning for group runs.

This experience has not only kept me active but also shown me the power of discipline and motivation. Running with a group has pushed me to achieve goals I never thought possible and has become a highlight of my week. It's amazing how a shared passion can bring people together and inspire personal growth.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’d love to share my passion for travel and adventure with you! During my stay, I can cook you an amazing breakfast—think fluffy omelettes with a side of fresh guacamole. If you’re up for it, I’d be thrilled to take you on a run and introduce you to the wonderful running group I’m part of back home; it’s a great way to kick off the weekend with some exercise and good company.

I’m also happy to share tips and tricks for running, baking, and living a healthy lifestyle. Plus, I’d love to swap travel stories and experiences. Looking forward to creating some wonderful memories together!
