Hi, I'm a father of a great 7 year old boy, Soilse. I am blessed to teach yoga for a living. I am married to a great woman and for the most part look at life as an opportunity to align with the Divine, or more simply to be happy and balanced, doesn't always work, but it's all about giving it a shot.

I am new to all this, so am yet to feel like I have participated in any way. But I am hopeful to be of help in any way I can.

None with this community yet. But I have certainly slept on a few couches over the years.
