Hosting new people is usually interesting, I feel that strong hospitality for international visitors is a great attribute to a culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never surfed but have hosted quite a lot. Hopefully will get an opportunity to surf soon.

Some musicians I like are: Squarepusher, Simian mobile disco, Bat for lashes, Mogwai, Clark, Salem, Battles, Cat Power, Madvillian, Flying Lotus, AFX, Smog, Late of the Pier, Joakim etc. also anything with loads of 808.

Books: I mostly read non fiction but I liked Gravity's Rainbow, The Shining, Surrealism

Film: The Life Aquatic, Chungking Express, Akira, Badlands, The Big Lebowski, Mind Game, Into The Wild, Touching The Void, Spider etc. I also have a weakness for mindless animation.
