About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To recreate, reinvent, and rediscover my life on my own.

ABOUT ME

Well at this moment in my life I am trying to learn as much as possible about sustainable and collective living. I have spent a lot of time doing and organizing things of that nature but lately I have been trying more to listen and pay attention to those who have been doing it longer and may have more experiences and perspectives than I do. I also just love traveling and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

"there's a way out but we can't do it on our own"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the website, but my home has always been open to any and all travelers I run in to. One time, a set of hippies traveling in a Winnebago broke down in my town with no money and I met them at a bar in January (freezing) and they ended up staying with me and some other friends off and on for about six months. I think I got one of best friends I have ever had out of it and I don't regret a minute of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I am new to this network specifically, but I have had a lot of couch surfing experience on my own. I have done my share of surfing; but I have done and equal (if not greater) amount of hosting. Most of the experiences on both ends have been positive.

Interests

I am interested in many things. I love music cooking and travel most of all. Music gives me purpose; it calms my soul and brings me all kinds of joy. I also enjoy all the arts. I love reading, I love museums, I love nature. I very much like to learn more about all these things as I travel. and if you've got a kitchen then I've probably got veggies and I want to prepare a feast for you and all your friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I believe that this section will have to be filled in when we meet, I don't want to spoil all my good stories (they are way better told in person anyway). plus there are so many I don't know where to start

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know that I am an expert on anything, but I do love learning new things. There are so many things I want to learn more about. Organizing and conflict resolusion are big things I don't think we will ever stop learning or teaching.
