ABOUT ME

I'm chatty, love trying new things, meeting new people, and most of all heading off to faraway places. I've travelled a fair few places and have had amazing times. I spent the last 6 months in Ecuador / Colombia / Peru and through volunteering and my first CS experiences I met local people and got to know the countries more in depth. I like to talk about deep stuff and flippant stuff, run around stupidly and curl up contentedly, hum constantly as I never know any words, feed my cheese and vegemite addictions, and stare at the stars. Hablo un poco de espanol, pero nessecito que pratica mas!

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you would be treated. It's an oldie but a goodie and pretty much sums up everything i believe in!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS is about making new friends across different cultures and countries, having new experiences, and getting to know places more as locals know them - have so enjoyed my first times CSing on this trip and looking forwards to making Sydney CS friends now I'm in one place for a few months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed a few times in South America and met many other CSers along the way and love the sense of community it brings. I really can´t wait to host whenever it is that I get back to the UK!

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

wide range of music except dance and rap, i love reading and not too fussy what i read as long as they're not too trashy, pretty rubbish on general movie knowledge as i always like the last one i saw the best! (apart from if i last saw one on a south amercian bus)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing the Copenhagen marathon - while I've seen some amazing things on my travels nothing has ever been so hard as running 26.2 miles so i'm pretty proud of myself - never again though! Also on this trip, the Galapagos - no words needed for how amazing the islands are.
