ABOUT ME

I'm living at the Belgian coast with my adorable 10 year old boy. Working as à social assistant in a refugee camp, fedasil. A very rewarding job . I have contact with people from allover the world. That brings me to another passion: travelling and meeting people from other countries and cultures. Travelling less than before, but still passionate about it!
I like to push my boundaries and absolutely curious about experiences with open minded people. I enjoy life with good wine, travels, adventures on the road, music, books, art and above all, love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After each couchsurf experience (as a gast and as a host)I get more and more convinced that this is the perfect way to travel and meet people. I only had positive and extremely positive experiences.
During my last couchsurf experience as a gast in Granada, there was a girl, a friend of my host, who said to me, after my explanatian of couchsurf, "it's so risky, you're lucky that you found Roberto (my host) there are so many bad people". Once again I realise that people are afraid, more and more... they are prisoned in anxious feelings. I will never allow that such a feelings chain me...

I adore fusion music with traditional base (a blend of flamenco, salsa, reggae,...)Ojos de Brujo, Manu Chao, Amparanoia, Lhasa, the Gotan Project,etc...
But also Cat Power, Joan as police woman, Coco Rosie, Anthony and the Johnsons,etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being part of a huge naked-photo session in Bruges... Taking of your clothes, running totally naked with hundreds others in the streets of Bruges... Thank you Spencer Tunick!!!
