About Me

My favourite colour is green. I love nature and I try to be as regardful and respectful as possible towards my surroundings, taking care of the marks I leave. I love music and books. I believe in my self-efficacy and try to practice it in my life every day. Recently I've been practising yoga on a regular basis. I take part in foodsharing and grow my own veggies. I have high ideals regarding waste-production, consumption, veganism, sustainability, fairness, ... but I also try not to push myself too hard.
In 2018 I did my first journey alone (2 months in the baltic states) and also walked ~550km of the Camino del Norte / de la Costa in the North of Spain.

My respond-rate is not 100%, because I don't answer to messages like a simple "hi" from any stranger or unpersonal, prewritten requests of people, who appearantly only search for cheap accomodation.

I WON'T ANSWER ANY FRIEND REQUESTS FROM STRANGERS!! WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF FRIENDSHIP?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to stay open-minded what means to meet personalities and get to know their way of living and their idea of life. I want to get to know the culture in a country and not the sightseeing spots.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book: "The Humans" by Matt Haig
My favourite music: Die Höchste Eisenbahn, Von wegen Lisbeth, Casper, Gurr, Mine, Bukahara, Moop Mama, ... (Indie-rock/-pop, music with smart german songtexts, sometimes influenced by hip hop as well... In fact I listen to almost everything and many different things, I guess.) Recently also quite much of electronic music, but nothing specific (random things via soundcloud).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking the Dingle Way in Ireland - just walk, eat, find a place to sleep, repeat. Simply exist.

I'm curious about getting to know other people's way of life and willing to show you mine.
If you are lucky and it is summer I can share tomatoes and other home-grown veggies with you ;)
I can share my ideas about a green lifestyle with you or give you tips to improve your lifestyle in a sustainable way.
