Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

When I was 5 years old, I used to suck my thumb to the point of making it weird. My mom always told me to stop, which made me realize that I needed to stop. I started putting a sock on my hand so that when I tried to put my finger in my mouth, I would taste the sock. Shortly after, I stopped sucking my thumb.

I’ve learned that everything can change when you least expect; so you need to be prepared and able to accept it. In the beginning it may be hard to accept, but you may then realize that it is the best for you. Later, you will look back at it with a smile.
