Brazilian born, Boston raised, California living. I hope to learn and grow each day.

You can find me outside! I live where there is a local redwood forest, a marsh, the dunes, and the beautiful pacific ocean. I am beyond blessed to live in this magical place, so I try to be outside as much as possible. I practice hot yoga, and am a foodie! I love to cook colorful inspiring meals and I swear I'm always dreaming about the next recipe and creation. Plant based, I eat life, because I want to live. Live with vitality and endurance.

My passion is to aid others in their healing processes. After self exploration and travel, I decided medical school was not the career path that resonated with me. I serve as a holistic health coach, I am enlightened by the individuals I work with.
