I am Lorenz, a passionate artist blacksmith from Austria.
It is freaking me out to describe myself here, but I will give it a try:
Some people say I am open-minded, kind and handsome (okay, thats my wifes words...), but for me I am just Lorenz.
However, I love wordgames, a good glass of beer, another good glass of beer or red wine and the following philosophic discussion, in which we will find out if I am what I pretend to be above...
For widening my horizont and making new friends, me and my wife Laura (also open-mindet and kind) decidet to travel canada for half a year.
We spent the last three month with a blacksmith friend in winnipeg and wwoofing arround. Now we go to the west coast, and we would like to stay with people there.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I created an account nearly ten years ago to host people on my couch, but i lived in a small town nobody wants to visit... Now I am a traveller in canada and thought about making new friends and I reactivated my account.
As soon as I have a new flat I will offer a couch again.
I think couchsurfing might be the best way to get to know a country and its citizens, so let's have a try!
