About Me

My name is Lorenzo Pezzoli. I'm 20 years old and I am in college. I live in Leucadia and I've been there my whole life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was recently in Ireland and Hostels can be costly at times so I am looking to stay elsewhere but also meet new people. I met a lot of cool people at those places and they all recommended couch surfing, so I thought I would give it a shot. I see couch surfing as something that can broaden your horizons and introduce you to new ideas and cultures.

Interests

My hobbies include surfing and skating. I also enjoy hiking and trying new things. Lately I have been doing a bit of reading. I like fiction more than non fiction, but I'm open to anything. I enjoy spending my time at the beach or in the forrest. Those are both my ideal settings in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book, or short story rather, is The Cask Of Amontilliado by Edgar Allen Poe. For movies, I can't specifically claim just one as my favorite, so I'm choosing The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, Cast Away and Jaws. Hmmm... for music I'm all over the place. I listen to everything except jazz and most country. I don't listen to them but I'm not opposed to them either. My favorite music groups

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wouldn't call it amazing by any means, but it was a big step for me. I spent 3 weeks backpacking in Ireland and Scotland. I learned a lot and it opened a door for me. I want to travel a lot more now.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not great at teaching, but I'd be more than happy to show you a few tips on cooking, surfing or skating. I better at cooking Mexican food than other types, but I'm capable of Italian cooking as well. I'm always interested in learning other languages and exporiencing new cultures. I am currently leaning Japanese and Spanish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a decent cook and can help out with chores or anything you need. I'm a terrible handyman, but I have more experience than the average person, so I would like to think that I'm a little more useful than most.
