ABOUT ME

I'm Lorenzo, I'm 25 and I live in Genoa.I'm attending university, Civil and enviromental engeneering, it's so hard! I'm a guitar player and i usually play rock/metal songs with my band
I love travelling and meeting new people. Since I was born I've visited London, France, Rome, Egypt, Sicily, Naples, Milan, not a lot at all, in fact I'm definetly going to visit more and more other places, expecially Australia...it is my dream, and i really hope i will reach this goal with the help of this site!

I did a lot of sport in my life, the usual football, rowing, i attended to a gym for years, and during the last ones I'm practicing karate!

PHILOSOPHY

I belive that anybody has to face up to his responsibilities and be sure of his choices.
I don't know the exact words, but it sounds something like: Live and let live.

I meet other CS members by attending local meetings.
Maybe i will be able to host somebody if my parents allow me! So...do ask if you are interested in a coach.

I love a lot of things, such as fishing (I really love this one,I've always dreamed of fishing in the Ocean), music, playing my guitar, guitars, going to concerts, beer, pubs, travelling, English language/literature, good books and movies, climbing, airplanes, photography, discovering new places and cultures and keep learning as much as possible from wonderful people around the world.
I use to go to fish with friends or alone, i like to be in contact with nature, to be alone with the sea and the waves. Oh, and i also grow carnivorous plants, yes, they really exist ^^

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I absolutely love science fiction, my favourite is, without any doubt, Jurassic Park...Obviously i'm talking about JP books, though when i was a child I loved the films...As usually books are better than films!!! I really enjoyed Jules Verne's books, "20000 Leagues under the Sea", just to make an example. I love reading books because they open a door in your mind and let your imagination flow freely, without any barrier.
However, music is undoubtely my greatest passion. As I said, I play the guitar (an Ibanez Gio, maybe another guitarist will read this and he will be curious to know it)! Going to concerts is one of the things i love most. I listen to various genres, i listen to songs that i like to listen to! I listen to Rock, Hard Rock, Metal( most subgenres), Irish Folk-Folk Rock/metal( i love this one), i listen to 80's pop music though. I also enjoy punk, jazz and classical music too. My favourite band?...It is hard to say, but i think Iron Maiden should be a great choice for me...I love them, they Rock!

Mmm...I don't know how am I supposed to be helpful!
Maybe i can help foreign surfers with their Italian (and they can help me improving my English skills), if you want to get some tips about guitar playing i may be able to teach you something, or, if you are a guitar, guitar bass... player we could play something togheter ;) If someone loves fishing we can advise each other, and, why not, we can go fishing toghter!
