ABOUT ME

I took a sabbatical to discover asia (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Philippines) in slow-life mode.

I like asia, I like walking, in cities or nature, and I like discovering new places and people.
I took a rest from my computer job to find another direction in my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Complaining is silly. Either act or forget.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already surfed a few couches in Dublin, Brussels, Barcelona... before discovering Couchsurfing.
Since then, I've couchsurfed in Lausanne, Osaka and Kobe, Taipei!

Intereses

I'm learning japanese since a few years, still a beginner but discovering japanese language and culture is very pleasant. I also enjoy dancing salsa, and practicing aikido. I might be weird but I think there is a kind of similarity in both activities... how to coordinate moves between two people without using words but bodies!

Movies : "Departures / Okuribito", "Welcome to Darjeeling Limited" and hum... "Step up 2" ;)

Music : classical guitar, the Wriggles, house, irish whistle :D and of course salsa music!

Books : "Walden or Life in the woods" by Thoreau, Paulo Coelho, Werber, Bordage, Mayamoto Mushashi's stories...

Rolling into an escalator, doing two backflips... without being hurt!

Walking 1500 km around Shikoku, visiting 88 temples.

Teach : wanna take your first salsa's steps?

Learn : shiatsu massage, how to survive in the jungle, and how to play harmonica...

Share : a walk together, a meal, a beer... yeah this is knowledge! How to live a good simple life :D
