ABOUT ME

I m on couchsurfing basically because I'm on a bycicle trip from Sapporo (Japan), that will hopefully take me down to the Melanesia in about 2 years, and it's cool to have friends everywhere.NOW: 14000khttp://www.asiatransect.itI'm Italian, altough people say I don t look like one. Like a frenchman, German, even Arab, but italian: no. I'm not italian in the fact that I don t care if my coffee is not an espresso and I like americano just as well. I'm not italian in the fact that I love Pizza juut as much as the one made in a wood oven. But, I am italian.Straight after graduating summer 2010 I worked my ass off and saved money to leave.I don t know yet what will happen after, but as I pedal things start to take shape. In my idea I d love to find a job in New Caledonia and enjoy myself down ther for a while. But that s most likely not going to happen, you know how it works with expectations and reality.I m trying to raise funds for Survival International, so please be sure to check:http://www.justgiving.com/asiatransectI regard life as a continuous travel which can either be static or dynamic,I m trying to make it as dynamic as possible and to gather as much memories and experiences on the way.At first it was more about the challenge and surprise of foreign cultures, sleeping in the tent on the Great Wall and such things. I feel like after one year on the road I don t care much about such things anymore, and enjoy traveling for plenty of other reasons not necessarily related to the dcountry I am in. Of course they will always be related, but it s not the most important thing, is not like I go to Cambodia to see AngkorI am a very opened and curious person so feel free to ask me anything and don t be shy!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to leave life more space to create inside my days instead of imposing myself and planning it so as to enhance it. I feel like human contacts is the most important thing, then everything that derives from it in a natural way. It seems as if in this seemingly absurd world, the only thing that is not is what we can do for others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

To the haters: Cut the bullshit about Cs being sold out, has it really influenced your experiences?

I talk about the couchsurfing a lot and am trying to draw in as much (good) people as possible. One day I ll settle down somewhere in this world and guys you ll have the best place to couchsurf ever. But now all I could offer you is a place on my handlebar or to share some cycling with me

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I started my cycle trip Couchsurfing has been making my days very often

Interests

Widen my outlook on life. Research, know and share knowledge. I like bycicles and plants and sweets and luxury real estates and good food. I have days in which I am all for art, other all for agriculture or whatever so it depends. Lately I m tripping about space as when I was in middle school. I'm quite lazy. I graduated in interior design and i love what I used to do at school.

Music, Movies, and Books

We can watch a movie or listen to music together if that s your thing. I love movies, some I hate though.

I absolutely love music
I love Maki Nomiya, and airports, and the tropical environment. And other things as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sneaking with some good friends on top of a skyscraper in Paris, and swimming in the pool up there like pimps.

And many things done on the way between Sapporo and here, that I cannot yet quite evaluate.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give you advices about your house's setup I guess? And of course I can tell you about the adventures I ve been having so far which I d rather don t do though as it makes me feel as if I m bragging about how cool's the stuff I do.
You are more than welcomed to teach me doing some practical things and if that s dancing then you are on.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Denmark, Japan, Mongolia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania

Countries I’ve Lived In
