Hey, my name's Lorin, a 26 year old student from Sydney, Australia. I'm moving to London to study a course in Electronic Music Production for 1 year. I'll be studying in Hackney (north east london) and i'm looking for a place to stay for a little while to get my bearings, find a job, and find longer term accommodation. Not so much looking to go out and party, more just looking for a place to crash while I adjust to a new city and get my self setup. The closer you live to Hackney Central the better.

I'm a friendly, outgoing, mature and open-minded person and i'm sure you wouldn't mind having me around. I'm new to couch surfing so be nice! Rest assured that if you host me I will certainly host you in the future and you might just make a new life long friend too.

I think the variety of people are what make life so interesting. It's not just about the free accommodation for me, it's more about the overall experience. I think the present day society could operate so much better. I have a dream of society not having to work to pay for shelter and food. I think it's so negative the way in which we divide the world up and isolate ourselves from each other, especially in western society. We need more connection and sharing. Couch surfing definitely seems like a step in the right direction!

兴趣

My main goal at the moment is learning electronic music production and I am also into spirituality (not strictly religious though) as well as gym, rock climbing, motorbikes and a bit of mixed martial arts. Ultimately, I aim to find the sense of wonder that we lost as children and bring this to my every action.
