CURRENT MISSION

Learning about other cultures and spiritual practices motivates my travels. I've had amazing, heart opening journeys outside of the continental U.S. each year for the past four years. I intend to visit at least one U.S. city and at least one country every year from here on out.

ABOUT ME

I imagine my love of people and different cultures comes from moving so much in my youth. I've lived in 9 states (including Hawaii), visited a good portion of the U.S., and have hosted two exchange students. As a profession and passion, I help people heal through yoga, massage, spiritual life coaching and Reiki.

Interests

Spiritual, musical, extraordinary stuff. When I'm having the most fun, I'm usually dancing to great music, laughing with friends, hiking, devouring interesting and delicious food, or having outrageous experiences. I'm into plant medicines, personal growth, shamanism, kirtans, meditations, Ayurveda, crystals, decorating, nature, authentic people and experiences.. I'm open to the wonder of the universe and the next big leap of faith.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too much music to list. Think ecstatic dance-worthy music like Indie, funk, jam, world, rock, etc. I find myself listening to mostly yoga/massage-worthy music nowadays.

I like reading fiction/fantasy but read mostly books on spirituality/philosophy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

People told me I "could not" go to Peru as a solo female traveler, that it was dangerous, and I did it anyway. I felt safe everywhere I went.
