CURRENT MISSION is to:
- learn much about the world and its peoples -- hands-on and face-to-face, not virtually
- go across the world and be internationally active in offering humanitarian aid to the needy and vulnerable
- reinforce the idea that we should all unite for good causes in order to overcome those who take pleasure in antagonizing and frustrating other people's reasons for living.
So yes ... i'm going out in the mission field. i want to be that helping hand to those who need it.

ABOUT ME: I am

When I ask someone to host me, it is to:
- get to learn of other cultures and get friends from every land
- hop from one city to the other; one country to the other, and soak in as much as I can
- get to know much about their country/culture/village's history
- shine a bright light; show 'newness'; share myself [thoughts, ideas, focus, aims]

My trips are to experience life/culture and the beauty of this earth. They are definitely not for country-hopping just to go clubbing/dancing/drinking all night. There is more than enough of that where I come from in New York and I don't care to join. Plus, my mind is way deeper and life is definitely richer than 'just' that .

PHILOSOPHY
- do good and good will be done to you.
- what you'd like for yourself is what you should give out to others ... or even more/better
- if you give, give with your full heart without looking back for something in return
- don't do something for someone selfishly because your intention is that they have something to offer you

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

to meet folks worldwide, then share ideas, thoughts and experiences.
to help, encourage, uplift and motivate others while we cross along each other's paths.
to exude a strong, positive energy and aroma that fills the atmosphere of any meeting/situation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING -- Until I get a larger apartment to host people, I will faithfully and happily be that one, thorough, free tour guide for CS folks when they visit my homestate -- IF and when I am there. I do have a small sofabed in my bedroom and could possibly host only one female who might reach out to me in need of an emergency place to crash for a night or 2.

NOT SEEKING to date, find a mate or provoke/accommodate any immoral "carrying-ons" that seems to be the world norm.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Traveled ... just flat out traveled ... and alone too. It's BETTER that way as it helps me to meet new people.
- Have visited 35+ countries, which is not even .01% of the beautiful world, so I have a long way to go.
- Have met many, many, many wonderful people from the countries I have visited and also coincidentally and randomly. Those occurrences all across the world have enriched me tremendously.
- Integrated with the rest of the world as much as I can, and will be seeking to do more.

I enjoy learning from the open-minded...those who are well-oriented with the real Bedeutung of "sehr tief" beauty and goodness in this world.
I'd rather not find myself intermixed with those who prefer idolizing surface-level and lop-sided nuances, fabricated by weak-mindedness.
