ABOUT ME

I'm a free spirit, happy as ever and I live knowing every day is a blessing. I can be simple and silent or loud and confusing, but mostly you'll find me somewhere in between. Traveling is my passion as well as meeting new people. I'm open-minded, caring and loyal, sometimes impatient and always hungry. I love animals, especially hedgehogs and badgers, but actually I love all animals I even own an annual pass for the local zoo. I'm scared of wasps though, they creep me out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just started on Couchsurfing and I'm already super excited and I can't wait to meet new people :)

Interests

I enjoy raspberries covered in white chocolate, people, my independence, new places, new people, more places, more people, summer nights, dancing in the rain, sarcasm, speaking French, well at least trying to speak French, joking around, sleeping in, super bowl commercials, Grumpy Cat.

Music, Movies, and Books

Disney movies can always cheer me up, I can sing along pretty much every song (I can't sing though). And I like Jurassic Park, because -as you all know- dinosaurs are really awesome. My favorite song is 'Home Away from Home' by Touch Tone, I could listen to it all day. I actually do. I'm afraid I don't have a favorite book, but I liked pretty much every book by Nicholas Sparks. I know it's super cheesy, but I can't help it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've moved on, even when it was difficult to do so.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are not German I can teach you some awesome German words. My favorite word is 'Schmetterling', it means butterfly. I can teach you how to drive a stick shift (if you have car, because unfortunately I don't) or how to do a cartwheel.

I'm hoping to learn Spanish and French also I would like to learn to cook. Teaching me how to cook will probably need a lifetime, but I'd be happy to learn some easy dainty dishes.
