To be appreciative of all good things, and enjoy those moments of ultimate happiness to the fullest. To remember those moments when things don't go as you would like.

ABOUT ME

Open to as many varying experiences as possible. Love to travel, to read, to jam/make music, have long discussions which usually end in agreeing how little we can truly say about anything over a glass of wine and a cigarette. Easygoing person and well able to adapt to whatever situation I'm thrown into. Love to meet interesting people when you least expect to, and to share insights and good times with each other.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosphy changes often, and will hopefully always be subject to change, because I don't think any of us will ever be in a stage of life where we have EVERYTHING figured out. For now my philosophy is to share the knowledge and love other people have given me, and to go through life as inquisitive as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Am not yet an experienced couchsurfer, but intend to 'enable' my couch as soon as I get a place that allows for this. Am very appreciative and grateful when others offer me their couch.

Interessen

There's many, and they would be nicer for you to find out in person, but here are a few: singing, playing guitar, learning about things that interest me, ranging from sustainability issues to feminism to sociology and more, hanging out with people that inspire and hope you have the same effect on them.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

1. Jumping on the back of a motorbike with someone I just met, who drove me through the downtown streets of Jaipur, India.
2. Seeing Bon Iver play live.
3. Running through the Sossusvlei desert in Namibia, and rolling off the red sand dunes.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I might be able to share my insights on queer theory and politics, as well as my thoughts on development policy or rather alternatives to which. Though I do not pretend to be an expert on either, and I guess it also really depends on the other person in question and what they need or what they want to learn when it comes to what you learn from someone. It might be that they (unintentionally) learn completely different things from me than what I mentioned above, and vice versa.
