ABOUT ME

I am a 21 year old student and have been at the University of Leeds for 3 years studying Psychology. After having a year out to get some work experience I want to spend the summer travelling before finishing my degree.

I am easy going, fun and open minded. I have never been to America before so I am really excited to explore California for the first time!

Me and a friend are looking for places to stay in California in July and August. We are starting in San Francisco and travelling down to San Diego before heading to Las Vegas to finish our trip!

Interests

I am interested in people and their experiences and stories. I think you can learn a lot from meeting new people and being open to new things. I am also passionate about food, I love to cook and I'm never happier than when I am sat round with family of friends enjoying a good meal. Books and films are important to me. I could spend hours reading, watching and talking about them. I love going to music festivals, I have quite a broad, open taste in music but there is nothing better than hearing it live in the open! I guess it goes without saying but another interest is travelling, I am fascinated by new places and cultures and having only travelled in Europe so far I can't wait to see more of the world!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to Switzerland for 6 months to work as an au pair was an amazing opportunity for me it was hard work but I overcame the challenge and I loved being able to immerse myself in a new culture and meet a lot of great people from all over the world.
