ABOUT ME

Cant someone else describe me??? Cause I could be spinning complete and utter bull and you'd never know. So I guess its up to you... read on and believe or not.....or couchsurf with me and find out for yourself.

I've tried my hand at just about everything but haven't really stuck with anything... I'll try anything once. I'm all about new things, experiencing, searching, discovering more. I am currently travelling around this crazy spinning planet so am living each day as it comes and as if it was my last. Uninhibited travel provides a freedom like no other. I never plan more than than a week in advance!

BUT there is one thing I cant live without - the ocean - it consumes me and I get uneasy if I stay away from it for too long - my life revolves around it, whether it be studying it, surfing, swimming, diving, walking next to it or just staring absently at it - the dynamic staticity of it is kinda like valium for me...keeps me sane in this crazy world!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had my couch on offer for the year before I left Australia and hosted some awesome people and have surfed a few couches through Central America....now preparing to dominate Europe!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted in Australia a few times - the first was a crazy awesome Dutch chick who ended up renting my room when I left......there's not enough room here to talk about all of them....stayed with a few during my travels thus far and have loved every experience....looking forward to hosting again when I get back to Australia.

Music - I cant categorise my tastes and dont discriminate based on genre - I'll give anything a go and if I like it, it stays on the list some that get played more often are Jose Gonzalez, Sublime, Rodriguez, PJ Harvey, Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House, Fat Freddys Drop, Xavier Rudd.

Recent well loved books: The Search for Captain Zero, My Invented Country, A Fortunate Life, The Alchemist, Wicked, Running With Scissors

Movies: I can watch anything but dont really get turned on by sitting infront of a television. I'd rather be out enjoying the real world. The last real flick that got me was Babel.
